Student Accidents
Rochester Independent School District #535 does not carry Student Accident Insurance to cover accidents and/or injuries of students that occur at school or on field trips.
Coverage for injuries that occur at school or on field trips is the responsibility of the health insurance policies of the parent or guardian.

Pesticide Use
Minnesota state law requires schools to inform parents and guardians if they apply certain pesticides on school property.
Parents or guardians may request prior notification of individual pesticide applications for their school site. If you have any questions regarding this notice, please contact Michael Stock at (507) 328‐4507.
