When?

• Saturday June 1, 2024 at 1:30 PM

• Graduates are asked to arrive no later than 12:45 PM

• Doors for guests will open at 12:45 PM

Where:

• Mayo Civic Center (30 Civic Center Drive SE, Rochester, MN 55904)

• Ballroom 2 (see attached facility map)

Getting to Mayo Civic Center:

• Parking

• All attendees will go through a security checkpoint located in the Grand Lobby South

  • Please note that Mayo Civic Center and Rochester Public Schools do not allow the following on-site:

    • Balloons

    • Backpacks

    • Confetti

    • Artificial noisemakers

• Please access the 2nd floor using the stairwell located in the Grand Lobby South

Cap/Gown Pickup

• Seniors may pick up their graduation cap and gown on Tuesday May 28 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Longfellow Elementary School (2435 20th St SE, Rochester, MN 55902)

• Seniors will be required to turn in their school-issued Chromebook and Charger in order to pick up their cap and gown.

Additional Information:

• The graduation ceremony will be live streamed.  A link to this live stream will be shared at a later date.

• Lifetouch Photography will be onsite taking photos of graduates and the ceremony.  Information on purchasing will be sent directly to families from Lifetouch.
